View all 15 service areasJason started framing production homes in 1997. That's where he learned speed and efficiency. He morphed into high-end custom builds where he learned quality and precision, and at 22 he was running multiple crews on whole neighborhoods.
In 2012 he opened his own carpentry contracting business: additions, major remodels, even roofing. Then he spent the next 14 years as a superintendent for high-end custom builders in Chicago, Asheville, and most recently Charleston, learning every side of construction beyond the carpentry he'd already mastered.
Seascape Homes is where it all comes back together.

Built for coastal conditions
The decisions you can't see
are the ones we obsess over.
- 01
Carpenter-first
The bones come first. Framing and trim done in-house means every other trade lands on a true, square house.
- 02
Lowcountry-built
Elevation, salt, storm. We default to coastal-grade detailing on every project, not just the ones on the beach.
- 03
One point of accountability
You don't get passed between project managers. Jason runs the build, walks the site, and picks up the phone.

Finish that lasts
Custom cabinetry, real wood trim, hand-set tile. The finish details our clients keep coming back for.

Jason ran our build like he was building it for himself. Every detail we asked about, he'd already thought through it twice. The carpentry alone is worth what we paid.
